1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 77u platform. 77u reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be suspended immediately, your funds will be handled in accordance with our responsible gaming policy, and any winnings generated during underage play may be voided.

1.2 Accurate Registration Information

1.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on 77u. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77u reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

2.4 Currency

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.

4.4 Disconnections and Technical Issues

77u is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or technical issues on your side during gameplay. 5.1 Closure by 77u

77u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, provided false registration information, or is using the platform in a manner that poses a risk to other players or to the platform's integrity. In such cases, any balance remaining in the account will be subject to investigation before release.

5.2 Closure by the Player

Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed on account closure and will not be paid out.

5.3 Self-Exclusion
